I completed the Coursera Google IT Support Professional Certificate (8-months - 10hrs/week) program.

This five-course certificate, developed by Grow with Google, includes innovative curriculum designed to improve IT specialist role. A job in IT mean in-person or remote helpdesk work.

Through a mix of 64 hours of video lessons, lectures, quizzes, and hand-on labs and widgets, the program introduced me to troubleshooting and customer service, networking, operating systems, system administration and best practices about state-of-the-art of IT security. Along the way, I head from Googlers with unique backgrounds whose own foundation in IT specialist served as a jumping off point for their careers.
